Strawberry Fruit & Leaf Health Benefits In Herbalism (Fragaria ananassa)

Classification: Perennial
Plant Family: Rosaceae; Genus: Fragaria; Species: F. ananassa;
Common nicknames(Varieties/Strains): Albion; San Andreas; Seascape;
Properties/Medicinal Benefits:
anti-oxidant, antimutagen, and anticarcinogen[3] "In animal experiments, strawberry has been found to inhibit oesophageal cancer and to reverse the course of neuronal and behavioural aging in rats."[3] Useful for prevention of inflammation disorders and oxidative stress, reduction of obesity related disorders and heart disease risk, and protection against various types of cancer[4]Works well with: Echinacea purpurea, Mullein leaf, Raspberry leaf
Phytochemicals:
Out of all of the complex phytochemicals, nutrients, minerals, and vitamins that are produced by the Strawberry plant, the two most abundant chemicals are: anthocyanin and ellagitannins[1]. These are not vitamins, but are "phytochemicals", and they are essentially the most beneficial medicines on the planet. Anthocyanin is what gives purple Cannabis its color. Strawberies are also loaded with: vitamin C, folate, and phenolic constituents.[1] The plant also produces: flavonoids (mainly anthocyanins, with flavonols and flavanols), as well as: hydrolyzable tannins (ellagitannins and gallotannins), and phenolic acids (hydroxybenzoic acids, and hydroxycinnamic acids)[1] Each one of these has a range of medicinal properties, and has been studied in clinical settings. They also contain: catechins and proanthocyanidins.[3] Ellagic acid is known as a naturally occurring dietary antimutagen and anticarcinogen[3] They are generally loaded with: vitamins (including vitamins A, C, and E), minerals (calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, manganese, and copper), dietary fiber, and antioxidants.[5]All of these are documented on academic databases like PubChem and Google Scholar. I link to them at the bottom of every page. [ Note this is not all of them that exist within the plant, and I never claim to cover every one of them. I try to get as many as possible listed though. ]
Quick Investigative Note: As I was reading one of my academic sources for this page, I noticed this line: "Vitamins are organic substances with strong antioxidant potential that our bodies cannot synthesize in sufficient quantities yet are essential for their good development, even in trace amounts." This is a big deal, because it illustrates that just because something exist in trace amounts in a plant, doesn't mean it doesn't have a role in the pharmacology of said remedy.. This is interesting, because toxic chemicals often found in many lethal nightshade strains are often found in trace amounts in other plants that are medicinal. It truly illustrates the Arndt Schultz Law[6][7] playing out naturally, in nature. An example of this, is how Atropa bella donna contains deadly chemicals, and yet Ashwaghanda contains traces of those same deadly chemicals, and it is a harmless medicinal herb. This medical rule illustrates that the main difference between a medicine and a poison is the dosage administrered(although substance tend to learn more towards either one direction or the other)
Warnings: Strawberries are a more acidic fruit, with a pH of around 3.5. If you have ulcers beware of eating too many acidic foods. Try to balance things out by adding more alkaline foods to your diet. If you suffer from acid reflux, use baking soda for anti-acid, and cut back on soda, canned foods, tomatoes, cheese, etc. Generally, green foods(mostly vegetables) are alkaline. See cilantro
Health Benefits Of Strawberry Fruit
Strawberries have been shown to be beneficial on cardiovascular health and shows promise in cancer prevention.[1] They are a rich source of healthy, essential fatty acids because strawberry seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids.[1] Recently, flavonoids and phenolic compounds have been shown to have a putative role in the prevention of chronic diseases like cancer and heart disease[3] The science is pretty clear about the medicinal benefits of healthy foods and herbal remedies. This academic source states: "Intake of fresh fruits enhanced both mental and physical health and facilitated the prevention of various non-communicable diseases as well, such as neurological disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, obesity, osteoarthritis, and some cancers"[5] it goes on to state that: "anti-inflammatory polyphenols such as anthocyanins, have been shown to decrease the postprandial meal-induced increases in inflammation and oxidative stress in overweight healthy adults, mainly if the strawberry drink was consumed before the meal."[5] This suggest, that consuming strawberries before a meal, can be beneficial for over-weight adults. See, learning about the pharmacology of your food, can help you doctor yourself. I believe the socialist plan to coverup academic information from the public one day on these hidden truths. I'm here to show everyone that God made medicine, and he made us to be healthy, and it is our choice through sin and poor diet and lifestyle, to allow the fruit of death to manifest itself in our lives. Avoid pills, and use food and seed bearing herbs for health and wellness.Health Benefits Of Strawberry Leaf:
People used to know that plants were medicine, but modern deceptive times have led a lot of people to feel that this is nothing but "silly folk lore". It's sad to see the church above all have the least faith that herbal medicine works, and yet it is the only truly Godly medicine that there is. As one of my academic sources that I cite on this blog puts it: "Berry leaves are byproducts of berry cultivation; their traditional therapeutic use against several diseases, such as the common cold, inflammation, diabetes, and ocular dysfunction, has been almost forgotten nowadays"[2] If people only knew that all of modern medicine is nothing more than free-based phytochemicals from plants, or something artificial built on the knowledge of those phytochemicals, then they wouldn't be wasting their time with serpent medical knock-off's. Both the fruit, and the leaf of various food trees, vines, and bushes, produce complex pharmacologically active medicines, known as "phytochemicals". Modern science is confirming what ancient observations already knew to be true. The main chemical components of the leaf of strawberries, are similar to the fruit: phenolic acids and esters, flavonols, anthocyanins, and procyanidins It's hard to list every single chemical in any given plant, as there are so many. No single website online can provide EVERY academic detail on a specific plant... I intend to to the best I can to evolve this archive to be just that, so please note that these pages are slowly updated over time. You can buy strawberry leaf hereEzekiel 47:12 "And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine."
Preparations: Strawberry leaves can be added into herbal teas with Echinacea, mullein, apple mint, licorice, chamomile, raspberry leaf, goldenseal, and similar healing herbs. Those listed are what I personally combine it with. It says so right in the bible that a fruit vines leaves are medicine. You can buy celestial seasonings brand teas at Walmart and other brands that make use of combining various herbs together to synergize for their effects. I try to share personal discoveries on this website. When I talk about what goes good with what, it is based on personal experience, and my understanding of the chemistry of each plant, and how they work together. The fruit itself: Wash it, cut it up, and sprinkle some sugar on top of it.. Then cover it, and place it in the fridge overnight.. A chemical reaction will take place over night, and in the morning will be the most delicious strawberry desert you've ever tried. You can use this to make jam from here, or in a pie, or in many ways on different deserts. Making your own strawberry jelly can be very rewarding, and it puts all store brand jam's to shame!
What is phytochemistry: Phytochemistry is a branch of science that big drug companies use to their advantage. They study the pharmacological phytochemicals that herbal remedies produce(plants produce medicine), in order to make diabolical drugs out of the knowledge gained through this field of study. Drug companies either sell a free-based or synthetic version of these natural phytochemicals ( piperine, cbd, l-dopa, theobromine, etc ), or they use the knowledge of how various plant based chemicals interact with our biology, to create their own chemicals. The only doctor you want tampering with your biology is the Most High God of the bible. Stay away from anything to do with that serpent on the side of the ambulance and tied in with medical symbolism. It is associated with false pagan gods, is an idol, and is of satan.[8] Exodus 20:3,4-xx. To wrap this paragraph up, phytochemistry is how we know that herbal remedies actually work, and is the building block for all pharmaceutiacls.
Conclusion: The FDA is nothing more than a socialist run organization who approves poisons, and polices truth and remedies. Vitamins are listed on nutrition labels, but the knowledge concerning phytochemicals doesn't seem to be celebrated at all. When studies show that these hundreds of thousands of phytochemicals have miraculous pharmacological value, then why are we ignoring them? Healing means less money for the jezebels that serve the serpent on the ambulance. An educated patient is an informed one, who eventually starts to see through the deception and coverups associated with medicine and modern health care. I'd like to see the benefits of phytochemicals taught in school, and become as common of knowledge as that of vitamins. Studies show that these chemicals are even more important than vitamins because lacking them is directly tied to disease and ailments.

Genesis 1:29 "And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for nourishment(health; meat; food; wellness; vitality)".
