Is Fevertree(Acacia xanthophloea) Psychoactive?

Synonym: Vachellia xanthophloea. Phenethylamines

Ezekiel 47:12 "And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine."
Nicknames: Fevertree;
Ethnobotany: What is Ethnobotany? According to Stetson University, Ethnobotany is defined as: "The study of the practical uses of plants within a particular region or culture, focusing on traditional knowledge and customs regarding medicinal, religious, and other applications."(Via: Stetson.EDU) Ethnobotany has major biblical, cultural, and industrial implications. It's a pre-requisite to phytochemistry, as the two fields of study are closely related to one another and co-dependent. Now that we have those definitions out of the way, let us delve into the fascinating ethnobotany of the Fevertree(Acacia xanthophloea). "Vachellia xanthophloea(Acacia xanthophloea) is used in Zulu traditional medicine as an antimalarial remedy.[5] "In Zulu traditional medicine, an emetic prepared from the powdered stem bark and roots is used for malaria treatment and prevention. In Tanzania, the powdered stem bark and root bark are taken as a remedy for malaria and root and stem bark decoctions are used against abdominal pains and anaemia, respectively. The Luvale women in Angola and Zambia use cold root infusions from a tree purported to be V. xanthophloea as a vaginal wash for the relief of abdominal pain. V. xanthophloea is listed among the traditional fever remedies in Zambian folkloric medicine, and most fevers in Zambia are due to malari."[5] I suspect the socialist may be deliberately covering up the psychoactive/drug side of this ethnobotanical and others, because back in the day it said on Wikipedia that it produced 2cb, a type of psychoactive phenethylamine. I think they're doing all they can do suppress the visibility of these facts to the public via electronic databases as well. There are plenty of secrets. Back in the day, the online shops shared this information, but it appears that it is being covered up to me. Here's a link to Bouncing Bear Botanicals on the internet archives where it mentions the folk lore pertaining to this ethnobotanical: http://www.bouncingbearbotanicals.com/fever-tree-p-758.html It states on their website back in the day that: "Acacia xanthophloea (Mukanya kudeis) is one of the ubulawu plants used by the Zulu's. Ubulawu is a term for plants that cause visionary and prophetic dreams, and allow one to connect with and receive messages from the ancestors and spiritual world.[7] O.G. Observation: In my experience in learning about these ethnobotanicals, anything that's believed to be "visionary" is typically psychoactive(or psychedelic), and because I also know that the Acacia genus is well known for producing psychoactive drugs including DMT, Mescaline, Methamphetamines, Amphetamines, and many other phenethylamines[6][8], it is most likely that what I read on Wikipedia back in the day about Acacia xanthophloea producing 2cb and 2ci is probably correct.

What is Phytochemistry? It has everything to do with Fevertree(Acaica xanthophloea) being discussed on this blog. Phytochemistry is defined as: "Phytochemistry is the study of the chemistry of substances found in plants."(Via: https://ibs.upm.edu.my/content/phytochemistry-34443) See also: https://phytochem.nal.usda.gov/
Phytochemicals: What are Phytochemicals? Phytochemicals are miraculous drugs and medicines produced by plants(ethnobotanicals).[1][2][3][4] They are studied in the laboratory for their complex medicinal properties.[1][2][3][4] If you're still confused about what a phytochemical is, please see my blog titled: difference-between-research-chemicals-and-phytochemicals.html So what are some phytochemicals produced by Fevertree(Acacia xanthophloea): phytol[5], lupeol[5]
Pharmacological / Medicinal Properties: "Methyl gallate was responsible for the antiplasmodial activity of the V. xanthophloea(acacia xanthophloea) leaf extract and its presence in the leaf extract might account for the folkloric use of the plant as an antimalarial remedy.[5] Here we have modern science stepping in to confirm ancient primitive observations, which turned out to be true.(who knew?)
