Ezekiel 47:12 "And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine."

Introduction: What is Agmatine Sulfate: A: Agmatine sulfate(or Agmatine) is a chemical substance which is naturally derived from the amino acid known as arginine.[6] Agmatine is a naturally occurring polyamine derived from arginine via arginine decarboxylase.[6] Arginine is a precursor to Agmatine. Question: So what is an Amino acid? Answer: "An amino acid is the fundamental molecule that serves as the building block for proteins."[7]

Agmatine's Scientific Name: 4-aminobutyl-guanidine[8]

Natural Sources For Agmatine: According to the National Library Of Medicine: "Sprouts and microgreens are a rich source of various bioactive compounds. Seeds of Lentil, Fenugreek, Alfalfa, and daikon Radish seeds were germinated and the contents of the polyamines agmatine (AGM), putrescine (PUT), cadaverine (CAD), spermidine (SPD), and spermine (SPM) in ungerminated seeds, sprouts, and microgreens were determined. In general, sprouting led to the accumulation of the total polyamine content. The highest levels of Agmatine (5392 mg/kg) were found in Alfalfa microgreens, PUT (1079 mg/kg) and CAD (3563 mg/kg) in Fenugreek sprouts, SPD (579 mg/kg) in Lentil microgreens, and SPM (922 mg/kg) in Fenugreek microgreens."[5] The previously cited source on that last quote goes on to provide some more very useful information: "Daikon Radish sprouts exhibited a nutritionally better profile of polyamines than the microgreens. Freezing and thawing of legume sprouts resulted in significant degradation of CAD, PUT, and Agmatine by endogenous diamine oxidases."[5]

Experience Report: Agmatine sulfate is certainly not marketed and sold as a legal high but it does make me feel euphoric I swear, and stimulated, and in a better mood. I've noticed tremendous results with it when using it to reverse Cannabis(Hemp) tolerance. If you take too much of it too often it will give you the D word(diarrhea) and headache. If you experience either of those, stop taking it. I suggest taking it with food, and or using frankincense/ginger with it to settle your stomach. I love the stuff. I suggest taking breaks from it though, like anything else. Here's a review by Lowkey Fish, who I really enjoy watching on YouTube for Agmatine sulfate: Lowkey Fish Review: Agmatine sulfate

Pharmacological / Medicinal Properties: Agmatine is shown to exert modulatory action at multiple molecular targets. It targets the: neurotransmitter systems(NMDA receptors)[12], ion channels[9], nitric oxide synthesis[10], and polyamine metabolism.[11]

NMDA Receptor System: According to Jamie A. Abbott, PhD, research scientist in the Department of Biochemistry at UB, and Junhoe Kim, PhD, postdoctoral fellow at the Vollum Institute: “NMDA receptors are key to ongoing brain activity.”, “but when they are inappropriately active, they kill neurons, such as, for example, after a traumatic brain injury, after a stroke, or during progressive neurodegenerative diseases like Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.”[13]

Ion Channels:

Nitric oxide:

Polyamine metabolism:

Ethnobotany: What is Ethnobotany? According to Stetson University, Ethnobotany is defined as: "The study of the practical uses of plants within a particular region or culture, focusing on traditional knowledge and customs regarding medicinal, religious, and other applications."(Via: Stetson.EDU) Ethnobotany has major biblical, cultural, and industrial implications. It's a pre-requisite to phytochemistry, as the two fields of study are closely related to one another and are co-dependent.

What is Phytochemistry? It has everything to do with Agmatine sulfate that's being discussed on this blog. Phytochemistry is defined as: "Phytochemistry is the study of the chemistry of substances found in plants."(Via: https://ibs.upm.edu.my/content/phytochemistry-34443) See also: https://phytochem.nal.usda.gov/

Phytochemicals: What are Phytochemicals? Phytochemicals are miraculous drugs and medicines produced by plants(ethnobotanicals).[1][2][3][4] They are studied in the laboratory for their complex medicinal properties.[1][2][3][4] If you're still confused about what a phytochemical is, please see my blog titled: difference-between-research-chemicals-and-phytochemicals.html
